With more than a decade in the high tech and computer industries,
Tammy founded CCSI in 1993 on the values of superior customer
service, customer commitment, and integrity in business
dealings. She knew that she and her like-minded coworkers
could do it better. This has been a successful equation.
In 1997 while on vacation in Mexico, Tammy became aware
of business opportunities in the service of computers and
electronics throughout Mexico, for US/Mexican manufacturers.
She overcame the challenge of learning a new language and
dealing with an unfamiliar business environment, founding
Worldwide Technical Services, a wholly owned CCSI subsidiary,
with offices in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Tammy divides her time between both sites, extending the
role of CCSI as an outsourcing solution provider, a service
provider, system integrator, and storage solutions resource.
Tammy's unique industry experiences and multiple-language
skills have enabled her to extend sound business goals and
practices across international boundaries.
Entering the computer and high technology business in the
mid-1980's, Steve has been successful in roles of technical
customer service, sales, operations, accounting, and program
management. Steve's goals of outstanding customer service,
commitment, and integrity match those of the Company. Steve
joined CCSI in 1997, and was promoted to General Manager
shortly thereafter. His primary responsibilities include
100% customer satisfaction, financial management, product
procurement control, and program management. Uniquely qualified
with varied experiences in training and program implementation,
Steve is charged with the management of CCSI's strategic
resources and the realization of the CCSI corporate vision.
Nationally recognized for creating, developing, and implementing
"World Class Service Center" concepts, Ron joined
CCSI in 1998 and assumed responsibility for production,
quality assurance, service and repair, management information
systems, and warehouse operations. With wide ranging assignments
in the electronics and computer service industries, Ron
brought extensive experience in quality customer service
and business operations. A former Director of Service Operations
for Ultimate Electronics, Inc., where he built the service
operation from 2 technicians to a multi-state 100-technician
function, Ron is known for his commitment to customer service,
his ability to efficiently manage resource and meet schedules,
and exactness in maintaining quality standards.
